1. Definitions

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the v789 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual (referred to as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. v789 employs advanced fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method verification, and behavioral analysis. If v789 reasonably suspects that a Player has created or is operating multiple Accounts, v789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all related Accounts, void all transactions, forfeit all balances (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses), and take any legal action deemed necessary.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from registering for or using v789 services:

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 5–30 minutes, depending on the payment method selected and the external payment provider's processing speed. v789 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking networks, or technical issues beyond our control. All deposit transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as determined by v789 at its sole discretion.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1×) before withdrawal requests will be processed. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse or violating bonus terms will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, their Account may be suspended or permanently closed, and v789 reserves the right to void all transactions and reclaim any withdrawn funds.

4.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

v789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, v789's decision is final and binding.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 General Game Rules
